How Litigation and Legal Disputes Are Judged

How court cases and disputes are judged in Vedic and KP astrology — houses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, the strength of the 6th and 11th houses, and timing of relief.

Legal questions require careful and responsible interpretation. Astrology can show the strength of a dispute, the timing of relief, compromise, or victory — but it must not replace legal advice.

The Vedic method

In Vedic Astrology:

  • 6th house — disputes, enemies, litigation, contest
  • 7th house — the opponent
  • 8th house — obstruction and uncertainty
  • 9th house — law and justice
  • 10th house — authority and judgment
  • 11th house — success and fulfilment

A strong 6th house can defeat opponents. A strong 11th house gives fulfilment. Heavy 8th or 12th influence may show delay, loss, or stress.

The KP method

KP gives houses 6 and 11 for winning litigation.

Common questions and the approach

Will I win the case?

Vedic: Check the 6th-house strength, the 11th (gain), the 7th (opponent), and the 9th (justice). KP: Houses 6 and 11 must be strong and active.

Will a compromise happen?

Vedic: Check the 7th house (negotiation), Venus, Mercury, and the 11th (fulfilment). KP: Houses 7 and 11 support settlement; the 6th alone supports fighting.

Will the dispute continue?

Vedic: A strong 6th, 8th, or Saturn can prolong a dispute. KP: If the significators of 6 and 8 operate without 11th-house support, the matter may continue.

Under the guidance of R P Pandey, these articles are meant to help readers understand the logic of astrology — so they can approach their questions with clarity, patience, and the right direction.

Important note. Astrology should be studied as a system of guidance and timing. A responsible astrologer first examines whether the event is promised; timing is given only after the promise is seen. For health, legal, financial, or medical matters, astrology should be used as supportive guidance and not as a replacement for qualified professional advice.
