What we collect
When you contact us, you may share your name, the topic you want guidance on, and — if you choose to message us — your WhatsApp number. Birth details you provide for a reading are used only for that reading.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry on WhatsApp or by phone, and to provide the astrology consultation you request. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Messaging us on WhatsApp is voluntary. Conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. You may stop messaging at any time.
Confidentiality
The questions and birth details you share during a consultation are treated as private and are not disclosed to third parties.
SuGraha — our online studio and AI assistant
SuGraha (sugraha.com) is owned and operated by PRP Webs. It computes your kundli entirely in your own browser. If you use SuGraha without an account, your saved charts and settings never leave your device. If you create an account, the birth details you save (name, date, time and place of birth) are stored with your account so your charts are there on any device you sign in from, and are not lost if you change phone or clear your browser. We use them only to compute and show your charts — never to sell, share or advertise. You can delete your saved charts at any time from Settings, and deleting your account removes them with it. When you ask SuGraha’s AI assistant a question, the question and a short summary of the chart’s planetary positions are sent securely to our AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate the answer, and are not used to identify you. To review and improve the quality of the AI’s replies, we keep a copy of the question and answer (without your birth details or any account identity) for up to 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. Stored with it is a coded reference to the chart: a one-way code calculated from the birth details, which cannot be turned back into a date, time or place, and is not your name, email or account number. Its only purpose is to let us see that several questions came from the same chart — which is how we check the quality of answers and stop the free trial being used repeatedly through new accounts. Charts saved without an exact birth time are not given a code at all. So that the assistant can stay consistent with what it told you earlier, we also keep a short summary of your recent questions and its guidance, linked to your account or device — never your full conversations or birth details — and this too is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. If you create an account by email, we store that email only to operate your account.
